Fall is here and you know what that means… it’s time to take a trip to the pumpkin patch! Halloween is only a couple of weeks away, so if you haven’t already picked the perfect pumpkin for carving, now is the time. Plus, you can snap adorable family photos amongst the pumpkin.

Alamo Heights United Methodist Church

Opens: October 13th-31st; Monday- Sunday 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Admission: FREE

The pumpkins provided for this patch come from a Navajo Nation owned and operated 100,000-acre farm in New Mexico! What we love about it is that a portion of the proceeds from pumpkin sales goes towards Habitat for Humanity.

Helotes Hills United Methodist Church

Opens: October 2nd- 31st; Monday- Friday 12:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m., Saturday- Sunday 10:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Admission: FREE

Very inexpensive pumpkin prices, plus fun activities for the kids. Family Fun Day is Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. 3:00 P.M.

University United Methodist Student Ministry Pumpkin Patch

5083 DeZavala Rd., San Antonio, TX 78249

Opens: October 1st- 31st.

Admission: FREE

This specific patch raises money for the UUMC Student Ministry Internship program, so all proceeds go towards funding the program and mission trips.

You can sign up to volunteer for shifts on their website.

The Pumpkin Patch San Antonio

8756 State Hwy. 151, San Antonio, TX 78227

Opens: October 1st- 31st; Friday 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Admission: Varying prices depending on adult, children, or family ticket.

Come out for food and beverages and fun fall activities like hayrides, pony rides, and face painting.

    You missed the best patch in the area. Helotes Hills UMC has the most scenic and photographic patch around. Go check it out.
